SPORT - my passion - my life fitness

Is this sport requires a diet?







Like every sport. You have to be able reasonably to eat so as to provide a proper amount of calories. Depending on demand. Basically - if you want to be big you have to eat a lot of building material
Supplementation nowadays is very popular. What is your opinion on this? Do you use it and if so, what supplements you take?

Supplementation simplifies and accelerates the effects of training. But as in the case of nutritional supplements to be used rationally.

The first year of training - completely dry. Only good nutrition.

How are your workouts?


I try to choose such exercises in order to spice up the most training and that my muscles do not accustomed to one type of traffic. I practice so free weights on instruments and recently fascinated me exercises with links TRX.
Are there injuries in this sport and that is their lot?



Of course. In every sport there are injuries. They can however be minimized using before each workout a good warm-up.
What is your biggest sporting achievement?
It's hard to talk about achievements. I'm happy just when I manage to do exercises that looks difficult or require a lot of effort. As for the constant raising of a bar.
And even if something does not go. It's at least try. Sometimes it is worth trying until it succeeds.
What gives you the sport?

Satisfaction and well-being.
And what do you do in the free time? Perhaps there is some other passion?

How do you encourage yourself to other sports?

I'm not going to do that. This should be an individual and spontaneous choice. Nothing on the strength ... except that I do not like crowds at the gym
If someone wants to change his life so far, you can treat the sport as one of the methods. Maybe even ideal method for laying out a new goals that will help you get the satisfaction from what you are doing. I realize that the nice clothes and expensive equipment can motivate you to action, but that is not the most important in all of this. The most important thing is to want - really want!
